札幌も過ごしやすい気候になってきた。数日前に満開だったソメイヨシノやエゾヤマザクラは既に散り、遅咲きの八重桜の季節となってきた。南11条から中島公園に向かう道。
The weather in Sapporo became comfortable. Someiyoshino and Ezo-Yamazakura cherry blossoms that were in full bloom a few days ago already fell, and now it became the season for late-blooming Double-flowered cherry blossoms. The road from Minami 11jo to Nakajima Park.
中島公園に入り、八重桜と豊平館を。いつ見てもドラマチックで美しい景色。
Entered Nakajima Park and saw Double-flowered cherry blossoms and the Hohei-kan. Beautiful scenery any time of the year.
ニセコの自然派ワインショップ・カーブドバンブーで買ってきた、イタリアサレントのシャルドネ・フィアーノのブレンドと、モントレーラクリマのピノ・ノワール。
Chardonnay Fiano from Salento, Italy, bought at the natural wine store Cave de Bamboo in Niseko and Pinot Noir from Monterey La Crema.
ポークチャップ。薄いロース肉で作ったら食べやすい。
Sautéd pork chap. Easy to eat when made with thin pork loins.
豚肉の生姜焼き。生姜をたっぷり入れると美味しい。
Pork grilled with ginger. Delicious with plenty of ginger.
ハンバーグは、東屯田通の肉の宮崎から。
Hamburgers were from Meat shop Miyazaki on Higashi-Tonden Dori.
札幌ステイもあと少し、翌日は札幌ラーメン。すすきのの「にとりのけやき」へ。
Staying in Sapporo was almost over, so had Sapporo ramen the next day. Went to "Nitori no Keyaki" in Susukino.
メニューは全て味噌ラーメン。普通盛りか大盛りか、普通か激辛か。普通味の普通盛りを。
The menu was all miso ramen. Normal or large serving, normal or very hot. Got the normal-size bowl of normal flavor. 
奈良の銘酒「梅の宿」がセール。沢山買ってきた。梅の宿は最近凝っている木下酒造(玉川)の杜氏が最初に修行した酒蔵。味わいが似ている。
Nara's famous sake "Ume-no-yado" was on sale so bought a lot. Ume-no-yado was the sake brewery where the chief brewer of Kinoshita Shuzo (Tamagawa), a favorite sake brewery recently, first trained. It has a similar taste to Tamagawa.
サバの塩焼きと。
With grilled mackerel.
シュウマイは、551HORAIから。551はココイチバンという意味らしい。コスパの良い美味しい大阪土産。
Dumplings from 551HORAI, 551 (pronounce kokoichi) means "the best in the city". A tasty and cosy Osaka souvenir.
