Visited "Daimon Brewery" in Katano, Osaka. A summer evening at a sake brewery was a nostalgic Japanese original scene.
Daimon Brewery was established in 1826. It has been making high quality sake since 1826, but due to the recent shrinkage of the sake market, the brewery was in financial trouble for a while, but has successfully recovered after receiving capital from Mr. Marcus Consolini, a private investor.
A roof tile for the edge in the garden that seems to have the family crest of Daimon Brewery.
A variety of Daimon Brewery's famous sake. They sell their products at department stores and liquor stores around the Kansai region.
Great barbecue by the owner of Daimon Brewery.
Prawns, sausages, grilled chicken, etc.
The smell of mosquito coils was delightful.
More sakes from Daimon Shuzo and Cueva's Orange Tardana from Spain, an organic orange wine brought.
Once again, barbecue and sake go well together.
