今日は、鎌倉「キャラウェイ」のカレーをテイクアウト。茄子とゴーヤのソテーを添えて頂く。ヤミー。
Took out curries from "Callaway" in Kamakura. Enjoyed its curry with sauteed eggplant and bitter gourd. Yummy.
秋谷のマーロウ本店のプリンは、チョコレートと北海道。
The puddings from Marlowe's main shop in Akiya were chocolate, Hokkaido milk, and apricot.
翌日は、お刺身と鰻蒲焼きとで手巻き寿司に。
The next day, had a hand-rolled sushi with sashimi and eel kabayaki.
デザートは、アンテノールのケーキ。
For dessert, had cakes from Antenor.
次の日はビーフ・ストロガノフ。いつものロシア人の料理家ユリア・ヴェッチノワさん(Yulia Vetchinova, Юлия Ветчинова)のレシピ。ポイントは、ヨーグルトと生クリームを室温で寝かせたロシアのサワークリーム、スメタナ。夏の夜も、スメタナの適度な酸味で食欲が湧く逸品。
The next day had beef stroganoff. This was a recipe by Yulia Vetchinova (Юлия Ветчинова), the favorite Russian cook. The key ingredient is smetana, a Russian sour cream made from yogurt and cream that is left at room temperature. Even on a summer night, the moderate sourness of the Smetana was enough to stimulate appetite.
次の日は、陳建一麻婆豆腐店から、麻婆豆腐をテイクアウト。辛さが選べる。大辛、激辛を。
The next day, took out some mapo doufu from Chen Kenichi Mapo Tofu Shop. Can choose spicy levels and chose very hot and spicy one.
