It was late March, and even though spring was just around the corner, Sapporo was still covered in snow and the pond was covered in ice.
Nakajima Park is located in the city, but Kitakitsune foxes and egrets rest there. Foxes are indeed rare, so the fox area became a huddle of people trying to get the best shots.

Today, went to lunch at "CityBoy" near Tanuki-koji. CityBoy is a sister restaurant of "Aki Nagao", a popular French restaurant in Sapporo, and is said to be a casual French restaurant with the concept of "food and health".
During lunch time, the restaurant serves salad plates, and at dinner time, it offers a variety of dishes, from simple dishes that can be easily picked up with a glass of wine to full-fledged dishes, with a different atmosphere during the day and at night. With its large windows and high ceiling, it is a pleasant space with a sense of openness.
A salad lunch with plenty of fresh vegetables purchased directly from farmers.
"Khao Yam" is a home-style rice salad from southern Thailand. It consists of fresh herbs such as lemongrass and mint, and a variety of colorful vegetables, served with bright blue rice. When mixed together, the sour and spicy flavors, textures and aromas become one. The ingredients are mostly vegetables, so can eat them without feeling guilty, and they are beautiful. The blue rice is the color of butterfly pea. It was a wonderful lunch that exceeded expectations and was good to the body.
On the way home, stopped at Wineshop Fujii near Tanuki-koji and bought a bottle of Bordeaux wine for this evening.
