帰国後の「自宅待機」期間が終了、Chez Somaへランチに。Stay at homeの間、当店の洋食風の鶏のクリームシチューのテイクアウトを利用し、とても美味しかった。今日はお店で。
As the "stay at home" period after coming back from Hawaii was over, went to Chez Soma for lunch. While the "stay at home", enjoyed their Western-style chicken cream stew takeout, which was very good. Today went to the restaurant.
白と赤のハウスワインを頂く。赤はボルドーのメルロー、白はラングドック。どちらも食事に寄り添うランチにぴったりのワイン。
ランチメニュー。
Had white and red house wines. The red was a Bordeaux Merlot and the white was a Languedoc. Both wines were perfect for lunch to accompany the meal.

前菜1、パテドカンパーニュ。
Appetizer 1, Pate de campagne.
前菜2、海老とサーモンのカリフラワームース仕立て。
Appetizer 2, Shrimp and salmon in cauliflower mousse.
メイン1、牛頰肉のマディラ風味の煮込み。
Main dish 1, Braised beef cheek with Madira.
メイン2、鶏のデミグラと赤ワインの煮込み。
Main dish 2, Braised chicken with demi glacé and red wine.
デザート。
Dessert.
現在のハワイではなかなかこうしたスタンダードなフレンチレストランに行く機会が少なかったので、日本に帰って来た時には行くのが楽しみだ。
I'm looking forward to going there when I come back to Japan, as I haven't had many opportunities to go to such a standard French restaurant in Hawaii.
