Walked along Diamond Head Road through Kapiolani Park (Queen Kapiolani Regional Park), Hawaii's oldest park, located east of Waikiki. King Kalakaua's queen name Kapiʻolani means heaven or royal arch, rainbow in Hawaii. The sky and greens were thick and beautiful.

The Diamond Head Lighthouse, a historic lighthouse on the National Register of Historic Places, became 100 years old in 2017, but is still active. The red roof is lovely.

In the evening, went to Ala Moana Park and continued to shopping.

Baby spinach salad with grape. So glad since can't find such fresh and reasonable baby spinach at supermarkets in Japan, so eat it every day without getting tired.
Spicy poke. The poke served at Foodland (supermarket) is always fresh and delicious.
Tonight was a curry night. Beef curry, MUJI's curry is delicious with less chemical seasoning. It was recommended by Chef Haruta of Chez Johnny.

Japanese white rice was the best choice for poke and curry. A Japan made rice cooker in American specifications is the best here.
