It was sunny from the morning, passing through Jozankei, driving by Lake Sapporo, and headed to Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort where the autumn leaves are in full bloom.
The view from the cable car heading to the summit. Interesting that the autumn leaves progress steadily on the steep slope.
From the summit, can see Ishikari Bay and the Daisetsu Mountains.
Otaru city nearby.
At the rest house on the mountaintop, found a pop-up store of "Locale Jozankei", a shop specializing in soft serve ice cream. ("Glass fed milk soft serve specialty store (LOCALE-JZK)").
Soft serve ice cream with salt pistachio. Just eating a bite, it melts in mouth, texture, and taste is more than just something. As checked, it is additive-free soft cream using 100% pasteurized Grassfed milk, and also prepared by the highest quality Italian ice cream machine, called Ferrari in the soft serve ice cream market. It seems to be a machine with excellent smoothness on the palate, good melting in the mouth, fluffy feeling, and silky feeling on the surface.
Happy to eat such the strongest soft serve ice cream in an excellent location. delicious!
(Ramen shop 6) 札幌への帰路は渋滞。途中に札幌ラーメンの人気店「八乃木(はちのき)」へ立ち寄る。
(Ramen shop 6) The return trip to Sapporo was congested. On the way back, stopped by the popular Sapporo ramen shop "Hachinoki".
The menu is very simple with miso, soy sauce, salt and Chinese soba.
Miso Ramen. Next to Char-siu pork is ginger, not garlic. This is a perfect match with miso.
Salt ramen which can enjoy the soup stock.
Like "Saimi", "Hachinoki" is a ramen shop opened by those who were trained at the famous Sapporo ramen shop "Sumire". The strong soup with soup stock and the chewy yellow curly noodles are delicious.
