Two brief reports today. The "Harvester's chicken" from the Saint Emilion's winery "Coutet", which was introduced in the Asahi Shimbun Digital & TRAVEL mailed on the weekend, looked delicious, so made it by its recipe. As written in the article, the rich cream sauce and savory chicken go well with rice.

Received a frozen package from Chez Johnny in Morioka today. Two items, "steamed abalone with champagne", which had requested to reserve before, and "Cassoulet de Doliques à l'œil noir", newly released. The abalones are now sold out.
Will enjoy these next weekend.
According to the Chez Johnny's blog seen yesterday, Chef Johnny will be hospitalized for about a month from mid-July. Waiting for the chef to be powered up again and restarted by September.
